Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, set up email filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming email messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
