Hepsia's File Manager section enables you to handle the content of your web site with simple point 'n' click maneuvers. Right-click contextual menus offer rapid access to various file management options, while user-friendly drag 'n' drop functionality will enable you to upload new files from your desktop computer in no time. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to pack and unpack files effortlessly too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your personal computer. The built-in drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to easily move files between your desktop computer and the web server. Just select the file that you would like to upload from your desktop PC and then drag it to your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. In addition, you can download files and even folders to your hard disk drive by pressing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager GUI, you can create a brand new file or folder with only one click of the mouse. All action buttons are handily placed above the file/folder list and you can update your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, explore the contents of a file or modify its permissions, erase a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager user interface, you will be able to zip and extract all types of files. It does work incredibly fast - simply select the files you wish to zip and push the Compress button. You can even select the type of the new archive (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract the contents of an archive to a selected directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you really do not need any external pieces of software to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which permits you to examine the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually show up on your web site. Furthermore, you will find several in-built file editors, which will grant you absolute command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more knowledgeable users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
